Brandon Cheng '25

Bio/Description

Hi, I'm Brandon Cheng (he/him), and I'm proud to call Chicago, IL my hometown.  I study computer science, pursuing certificates in Cello Performance, Technology and Society, Finance, and Statistics. On campus, I've captained the Mock Trial team and lead Princeton Impact Capital. I also play cello in the university orchestra, La Vie En Cello (our all-cello ensemble), and Opus Chamber Music. I've also played goalkeeper for our Men's Club Soccer team.

My first-year, I lived in a seven-person suite in First College (which are now reduced to rubble in the center of campus). I'll never forget our first night together, when all seven of us wheeled an orange moving cart all the way to Tower to pick up a couch that my PAA at the time was giving to us for free. Now that First is gone, my go-to spots are playing spikeball on Poe Field, going for jogs on the tow-path (I thought it was toe-path for the longest time!), and munching on some Playa Bowls in Prospect Gardens.

Come say hi to me in the D-hall, or wherever I pop up around campus! I'm happy to answer any question you have. As someone who's worked a few internships part-time during the school year, I can help share what that's like.
