Welcome to New College West! As Assistant Dean of Student Life, I support the co-curricular aspects of your Princeton experience. This includes student health and wellness, residential life, social engagement, and community standards. I work closely with the Residential College Advisers (RCAs) and College Council to create a community in which all students may learn, contribute, and grow as individuals.
Prior to joining the team at New College West, I held positions at other institutions in residential life, counseling services, and academic support. I earned an M.S. in professional counseling from Lipscomb University and a B.A. in biology from Freed-Hardeman University, both in my home state of Tennessee.
I enjoy theater, cooking, Netflix, and taking care of my house plants. You can often find me playing the piano in one of our rehearsal spaces or challenging random students to a ping-pong match. I am also a fellow for the men's lacrosse team. Feel free to stop by my office anytime, whether you need some help or you just want to discuss something interesting that you’re reading. I look forward to meeting each of you soon!
