Hi NCW!! My name is Jackie Namala and I am a junior in the SPIA department pursuing certificates in Spanish and, potentially, African Studies and Applications of Computing. I was born in Kampala, Uganda and lived there for 12 years before moving to The Bronx, New York. On campus, I am involved with the Aquinas Institute, E-club, the Society for African Internationals and work as an intern for the Office of Religious Life. I also volunteer with a Princetonian-founded non-profit called Hatch Tutors. Some of my hobbies are swimming, cooking, singing, and learning new languages. I have been all over the place when it comes to majors, so if you are feeling as confused/stressed/overwhelmed as I was, I would love to talk it out with you - and anything else, certainly.
