What’s a favorite memory from your first year at Princeton?
Finding beautiful outdoor spaces to spend time with friends as the weather got warm in the spring!
What’s a Princeton class that has shaped the way you think and why?
My favorite Princeton class that I’ve taken thus far has been JRN449 International News, with Professor Amos. Our assignments strengthened my abilities as a writer, but more importantly, the class gave me the chance to speak with real people on the ground in Afghanistan about their lives and learn about real work being done around the world.
Hi! My name is Katherine Dailey and I’m a junior studying in the School of Public and International Affairs with certificates in Journalism and French. I’m from Somerville, NJ, and on campus, I’m an editor at The Daily Princetonian and a Campus Visit Ambassador in the Admissions Office. In my free time, I love trying new coffee drinks on Nassau Street and hanging out with my friends! I’m always happy to talk about the many different incredible departments I’ve considered, balancing extracurriculars and school, or anything else you want to chat about — always feel free to reach out! I’m so excited to meet you all!
