My name is Mason, and I'm a third year PhD student in the Sociology Department, where I study healthcare systems and tech governance (think regulating Facebook, Google, and Amazon). Much of my work also overlaps with law and policy, so I spend a lot of time talking to lawyers and government employees. 

Before Princeton, I grew up in Colorado (go Broncos), received my undergrad degree in Social Studies from Harvard, and spent a year getting an MPhil in Geography at Cambridge. I also worked in management consulting and healthcare systems research. My hobbies include hiking, appreciating other people's dogs, and convincing my grandparents that I have practical skills.
