Welcome to New College West! My name is Nneoma Onyekwere and I am from Northern California. Previously, I completed my undergrad at UCLA, and majored in Architectural Studies, while minoring in Environmental Systems & Society. While my studies have allowed me to explore many facets of architecture, I have found myself most interested in researching climate-resilient design and spatial justice. 

My favorite place on campus is Murray Dodge Cafe, it is a great study spot and they always have free tea, coffee, and cookies! I enjoy going for a run or walk when the weather is nice, read non-academic books and garden in my spare time, and most of all I do my best to spend time with my loved ones. 

As you begin your Princeton experience, my advice would be: Capture every moment! Take all the pictures and videos that you can, and try to write everything down, you will be glad to have the keepsakes to look back on. Also, always make space for rest and time to reach out to your support system!
