Hi everyone! My name is Olivia and I am currently a fourth year PhD student in Chemistry, where I develop new methods for pharmaceutical synthesis using light and transition metal catalysis. About half of my time is spent at Merck Rahway, where I work in a radiochemical laboratory.

Before Princeton, I grew up in England and did my undergraduate degree at Oxford University (so I am always up for a cup of tea). When I’m not doing research, I love to hike, travel, read and draw. I am looking forward to meeting everyone this year – feel free to say hi!
